Return & Refund Policy

At Maui Mask, we take pride in the raw, volcanic energy of our land. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and intended for personal care, we have established the following policy to ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards for all our customers.

1. All Sales are Final Due to the nature of our Hawaiian Volcanic Clay products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." Once a personal care product has left our farm, we cannot restock or resell it.

2. Damaged or Defective Items We pack every jar with care to survive the journey from Maui to your doorstep. However, if your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass or a compromised seal), please let us know within 7 days of delivery.

  • To start a claim: Email [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Resolution: We will happily send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Natural Variations Our clay is a product of the earth. Slight variations in color are a testament to its raw, unrefined state and are not considered defects.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages While we cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by postal tracking, we will always do our best to help resolve carrier issues. 

5. Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
