Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped from Haiku, Maui, Hawaii within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Method All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, ensuring fast and reliable delivery from our farm in Maui to your door. Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $60: $9.95 flat rate
• Orders $60 and over: Free shipping

Delivery Times Please note that we ship from Hawaii, which may add transit time compared to mainland-based retailers. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Maui Mask is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us at aloha@mauimask.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
